Mobile bike repairs across Bristol
Pebblewick Mobile Bike Fix comes to you with four jobs: punctures, brakes, gears and a full service. It suits commuters, families and anyone who can't easily get to a traditional bike shop. Pick the job that fits, or describe the problem in the quote form.
Punctures
Back on the road without wheeling a flat tyre to a shop. Pebblewick fixes the puncture where your bike is kept, so the ride to work stays on schedule.
Brakes
Brakes that stop when you ask them to. Bring the problem to the quote form and the repair happens at your door, so you ride away with confidence.
Gears
Gears that change cleanly instead of slipping or grinding. The adjustment or repair is done at home, so your commute feels smooth again.
Full service
A full service for a bike that has had a hard few months. It is carried out at your door, with the work backed by a 3-month guarantee.
Not sure?
Which repair does your bike actually need?
A flat tyre means punctures. Squealing or weak stopping points to brakes. Skipping or crunchy shifting is a gears job. If the bike just feels tired, or you commute daily and want it checked over, ask for a full service. Still unsure? Describe the problem in the quote form and we'll work out the job.
Questions
Choosing the right bike job, answered
When should I book a full service instead of just a puncture repair?
A puncture repair fixes one problem: the flat tyre. A full service looks at the whole bike. If you ride most days, or the bike has been sitting unused for a while, a full service is the better fit. If only the tyre is flat, a puncture repair does the job.
What should I write in the quote form so you pick the right service?
Say what type of bike you have, what it is doing wrong in plain words, and where it is kept. Add the date you need it by if you have one. Noises, skipping gears or a soft brake lever all help. You don't need the technical name for the fault.
Do the brake and gear jobs cover every type of bike?
The quote form lists road bikes, hybrids and commuters, mountain bikes, e-bikes and kids' bikes, so pick the one that matches yours. If your bike doesn't fit those, choose Other and describe it in the problem box. Then we can tell you what the job involves.
